Brooklyn native Donald Minerva has a grass roots understanding of the Brooklyn marketplace. Entering the world of NYC real estate rehabilitation in the early 80s, Donald has spent the past 40+years as president of Supreme Management & Development Corp., a Brooklyn based real estate management and development company. With a passion and focus on revitalizing the housing and neighborhoods of his favorite borough, in1997 he opened New Millennium Real Estate Corp; originally overseeing 30+ agents with residential, new development and commercial departments.
Donald is a former Board Member of the YMCA, actively participates with the Boy Scouts of America and Brown Baggers feeding the homeless throughout the City. He also has been developing housing for the homeless through SUS (Services for Underserved) and ICL (Institute For Community Living) since 1994.
Donald currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn which is also home to his other passion, the popular Italian restaurant and event space he owns, Scottoditto Osteria Toscana.
Specializing in servicing Brooklyn & Manhattan neighborhoods since 2005, Chad’s seeks to find the fun in his transactions, treating all clients with a balance of warmth, loyalty, knowledge and humor. He has appeared on the pilot of TLC's Your Place Or Mine and was the OG “Brooklyn Expert” on “The Hunt” segment of many episodes of NBC's Open House NY , touring buyers through some of the most fun and /or exclusive properties in burgeoning neighborhoods around the borough.
A local guy who was born and raised in Brooklyn and Bergen County NJ, Chad has proudly resided in NYC for the past three decades. Chad is an alumni of New York University/Tisch School of the Arts and currently resides in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.
Originally from Szeged,Hungary, Emilia began her career in marketing with a focus on the fashion and music industries. After working extensively throughout Europe, she moved her talents, skills, and experience to NYC, her lifelong dream. Utilizing her passion, love, and wonder for the city, she set her focus on transitioning to real estate.
